📘 About This Simulator
This simulator calculates what Critical Success Rate a Cooking Power Up Pokémon should reach
before switching to a Berry Pokémon becomes the most energy-efficient move.
It reproduces 6 days (144 hours) of activity across Critical Success Rate caps in 10% increments,
and estimates which cap gives the optimal Cooking Power Up → Berry switch timing.
The calculation runs as an "approximate simulation close to actual in-game behavior,"
so you can see the true optimal cap — something expected-value math alone can't tell you.

This Tool's Calculation Assumptions & Strengths
🧩 Calculation Assumptions
1. The rise in Critical Success Rate depends on Skill Level.
When the Cooking Power Up skill triggers, the Critical Success Rate (p) rises by an amount based on Skill Lv.
(e.g. Lv1 +4%, Lv2 +5%, Lv3 +6%, Lv4 +7%, Lv5 +8%, Lv6 +10%)
2. The moment the Critical Success Rate reaches the cap, the team switches to the Berry Pokémon.
Caps are evaluated in 10% increments from 10–80%, and whichever cap produces the highest
6-day total energy is shown as the "optimal cap."
3. Ingredients are calculated assuming an "AAA" pattern (1–3 ingredients are the same).
Energy differences between ingredient types aren't factored in — only the count, based on Pokémon type and level.
4. Pokémon skill energy isn't included in the calculation.
Energy gains from skills other than Cooking Power Up — such as Ingredient Finder S or Energy Charge — are ignored.
5. Calculated assuming 24 hours of tapping every minute.
Losses from inventory caps are ignored, so non-Skill-type Cooking Power Up Pokémon
tend to show more skill triggers here than they would in practice.
6. Simulates 6 days (144 hours) in 1-hour increments.
・Cooking times are fixed at "4 AM / 12 PM / 8 PM daily."
・Each hour, it determines whether the Berry or Cooking Power Up Pokémon is active, and adds
Berry Energy / Ingredient Energy / Cooking Energy (base + critical success) accordingly.
・Averages are computed via Monte Carlo (random trial) sampling.
⚠️ Note
This tool is an "approximate simulation" based on the game's mechanics.
It won't match actual in-game behavior exactly, but it's designed to be accurate enough
for the purpose of judging optimal cap selection.
